The ubdate is awful when i opened it and I wanted to change size and speed the settings won’t show in the top right. Maybe I’m missing something? Please fix this

so i had this game before this new update and it worked fine. I was using snow leopard at the time too. but after the update it wouldnt even open so i tried to do whatever i could and found a solution. To play screen snake with the new update, you will have to update to OS X Mavericks, only then can you play it. Other than that the game works fine

My screen snake is so small now. How do I make it bigger? Now it’s stupid, it used to be so cool and my favorite game

ok… this was literally my favorite game on my mac… but this dumb update took away half of the options that used to be there! im not paying $4 for the “plus version” because that version is literally just an older version of this one! please revert back to previous!

I have never written a review for anything in the Mac store before, but I really felt the need to do so on for this update. I loved screen snake, it was my most used app becuase of its simplicity, but it still remained entertaining. But this new set up and design seems like a digression and not a progression. Everything is wrong in this one. The snake is either to slow or to fast, the game does not track the high score like it used to, and the snake size has shrunken so much that it just feels uncomfortable now. Please go back to where you guys originally had it. Change is always good, but somtimes if somethings not broken, don’t fix it. Sincerely, Somebody who enjoys your game, but the way it used to be, not what it is now.

On your mac in the lobby and need to distract yourself for a few minutes? This game is absolutely perfect. Entertaining, easy on battery life, and not ridiculously distracting to the people sitting behind you peeking at your screen. It’s a handy little game.

Since this update, I cannot control the snake. It just scrolls across the screen and I cannot turn it.

I’ve had this on my computer for a few years now. I loved it from the beginning, then for the longest time it was like the dev’s forgot about their game and didn’t have any updates for a while and it would never load up or work. Just remembered the other day I had this game and decided to give it a try again, and everything works again! It’s just as awesome as I remembered, I don’t remember if there used to be 2-player on it before, but there is now and it works great. I get lost discovering music on Spotify often, and I’ll play this game while listening to new bands and it’s just perfect. I first got this game on Snow Leopard, have Mavericks now and everything runs smoothly. Thanks for a classic, simple game with a minimalistic design. 10/10 would reccommend.

Really ridiculus that this app wants to update all the time! More then ANY other app I’m constantly getting asked to update it… Why1 Ma,e it right - it’s a simple stupid game and shouldn’t be such a bother… ‘delete’.

I can say that screen snake is at its best for me. It hasn’t crashed yet, there are a lot of options to customize the game how you see fit. From numerous color options, to size, having walls, changing direction of the snake (mirroring), etc. This app has come a long way from when it first started, and I am enjoying it while waiting for a movie or a show to load.. keep up the good work!

I really love this game…I play it all the time. But with this new update, for some reason the game will not enable the walls. The snake just goes from one end of the screen to the other without dying. If I cannot enable the walls, then playing this game becomes kind of pointless, as the walls are the most challenging part for me. Please fix this! Thanks!
